Group Classes (see descriptions of class at bottom of page) Taking the Yoga with you. (DS)*: (8 classes) Friday's 9am-10:30am
Release- Unravel-Renew (DS)*: (8 classes) Wednesday's 9am-10:30am or Thursdays 6:00pm to 7:30pm
*classes start the week of June 25 and end August 30.
Yoga for Kids Tuesdays 4:30pm-5:15pm (young children up to 8) 5:30pm-6:15pm (for children 8 and older) Kids yoga through July only.
Cost for the 8 week program is $100,
You must preregister in order to participate in these programs *The DS programs include 8 classes, over 10 weeks within the summer months. These classes build on each other, allowing you to take the understanding you develop from the prior class into the next class. All classes will take place over the summer months starting June 22th ending August 30. Please check the calendar carefully for class dates. There are 2 weeks over the 10 weeks of summer I will not be holding classes. In the event you cannot attend one of the scheduled classes, you will have the opportunity to attend another class as a make-up session. Mark your calendars there will be no classes the weeks of June 15th-21st, July 13th -19th and August 10th -16th.
Private Yoga Therapy One of the ways to deepen your yoga practice is by doing private yoga therapy. 1 60 minute session for $65 3- 60 minute sessions for $180 Special Deal for Deeper Series Students 3- 60 minute sessions for $150
Taking the Yoga with You You come to class each week and your practice fills you with bliss. Oh that final Shavasana at the end of class, how good it feels. But as you gather yourself to leave the studio and return back into your daily routine, you wonder where did all the bliss go? So you rush back to class each week to find it over and over again. Why not learn how to take it with you.

Release-Unravel-Renew Experience yourself peeling the layers of tension away from your body like the layers of an onion. Find a layer and let it go; and another and let it go. What will you find underneath the next layer? Is it another layer? Let this one go too. How many layers will you find? What will you discover? Your essence is just waiting to be discovered. Find the lightness of your own being, as we release-unravel and renew.
Yoga for Kids Introduce your child to some of the basic principles of Yoga in a fun and interactive way. Kristin Bunting, certified in Yoga for children, will lead your child in an adventure through Yoga over a 4 week series.
