Movement-Hatha Yoga

Using a compassionate and supportive approach to asana poses, the Yoga I teach, Hatha Yoga in the Svaroopa® style, encourages you to release the tensions from deep within the core of your body.  As you begin the process of letting go and peeling back of these layers of tension you experience a profound change in your body and mind.  This fills you with a powerful sense of peace and well-being.

Stillness-Meditation

Incorporating meditation into your yoga practice will profoundly improve the way in which you experience life. Our group meditation sessions can add depth to this experience.

Support– Coaching/Embodyment

In a private session you will receive one on one Yogic Coaching to bring your experience to a more personal level. We work together to develop your home practice and determine the support you need in order to meet the challenges you may be having. Embodyment® Yoga Therapy, a non-invasive hands-on technique, serves to accelerate the healing process and take you to a new level of the Yogic experience.  By lying in a comfortable resting pose my gentle touch promotes a release of deep muscle tension in and around the spine which provides a catalyst to your bodies healing power.

Teaching Themes:
