About the event

In this two hour workshop Michelle Trabucco, Trail Consultant, will discuss the definition of Leave No Trace and other important wilderness terms, 10 essentials you will need when venturing into the wilderness, local plants to look out for like poison oak and stinging nettle, and most importantly, how to use a compass. Bring your compass or you can use of ours (or purchase for $60). Our specialist, Michelle, spends a lot of time hiking in the woods of Tuolumne County. She loves being outdoors and is passionate about sharing her trail knowledge with you.
