Cancellation Policy
📌 Deposit & Payment Policy A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to secure your spot. Full payment is due 14 days prior to the retreat start date. 📌 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Cancellations made 14+ days before the retreat start date can be rescheduled for a future retreat within 12 months. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the retreat are non-refundable and cannot be transferred. No refunds or credits for last-minute cancellations or no-shows. 📌 Check-In & Check-Out Policy Check-in: Friday at 4:00 PM Check-out: Sunday at 11:00 AM 📌 Guest Responsibility & Liability Guests are responsible for treating the property with care and respect. A security deposit may be required for potential damages. Mountain Om Retreats is not responsible for lost or stolen items. 📌 Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances In the event of extreme weather or natural disasters, retreats may be rescheduled at no extra cost. Refunds are not issued due to weather-related changes. 📌 Health & Wellness Policy If a guest has any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs, they must inform us at the time of booking. All wellness services (yoga, meditation, massage, hiking) are provided at the guest’s own discretion and risk. 📌 Alcohol & Smoking Policy Smoking is not permitted inside the retreat cabin. Responsible alcohol consumption is allowed; however, guests must respect quiet hours and the retreat environment.
